The Alpha Selector Performance Indicator delivers two detailed reports:

The Alpha Selector Performance Indicator consists of detailed findings on personality and behavior of the candidate. These are grouped in 4 performance clusters : Decision Pattern, Working Method, Team Orientation and Interaction & Relationships. The AS-PI starts with an overall score on performance cluster level, completed with individual cluster scores comprised of no less than 28 performance and behavior indicators.

ASB5

The Big 5 report offers a broader, yet reliable basis for a general perspective of an applicant's behavior and personality traits. The AS-B5 provides you with a broad spectrum view through positioning the applicant on the 5 basic personality dimensions.
